Roof Depot is hiring for a Project Administrative Assistant. The position will include support of office and site staff including document control, filing, assistance for management and purchase orders, change orders and general office functions. Candidates must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office. The ideal person would be a self-starter. Someone who can bring chaos under control and who has experience managing day to day work flow with a positive attitude. This person would be able to review current processes and procedures and suggest/implement change in order to increase work flow and productivity. This is a full time position and is expected to work a 40-hour work week. Benefits are available after probationary period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but many not be limited to the following:
- Maintain daily ordering of materials and support for field employees.
- Schedule deliveries and pick up and assist management of budget for rental equipment
- Obtain weekly project progress reports and update weekly production agenda
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
